Methodology

Our methodology is based on a practical, proven and internationally recognized Agile software development methodologies. “Agile methodologies generally promote: A project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation; a leadership philosophy that encourages team work, self-organization and accountability; a set of engineering best practices that allow for rapid delivery of high-quality software; and a business approach that aligns development with customer needs and company goals.” - From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Our methodology is based on an iterative approach to software development and consists of four emphasized phases:

• Inception is a phase when we establish the best working relationships with our client and invest a necessary amount of time in understanding and analysis of business requirements as well as in design preparation.
• During the Elaboration phase the functional requirements are developed and reflected in the software requirements specification documentation. Detailed system architecture and project development plans are elaborated.
• The Construction phase consists of the code development, documenting and testing.
• In the Transition phase the product is delivered to the customer.

All these phases overlap with each other in time and the cycle is iteratively repeated as we approach to the product that meets all requirements of the customer.
